This pot is huge. It’s great for making stocks, broths, soups, chili, stews. I always overfilled my other stock pot but with this guy I have never had a problem. Cooking for the holidays just got easier.

This is a huge a dutch oven, enough for a big pot of soup. I love it so far!

I have a 10” and 12” skillets that I love so much! However, I knew I needed at least one more pan that was smaller. This 7” pan is absolutely the perfect size. It has a nice weight to it. I had already heat u a u of miso soup, made an omelette, pan fried dumplings and sautéed garlic. Love it!

It's the best and I don't have to worry about any chemicals attaching to the food i'm making.

I love cooking in this pan! It takes awhile to heat up, but once it does, the food cooks quickly and evenly. It's easy to wash too!

This thing is incredible. I can easily cook an entire weeks worth of rice or quinoa at once. I prefer it over a stock pot because it's easy to stir and the quality is amazing; very heavy. I've had no problems with sticking.

I like my new ceramic cookwares as I tend to cook a lot of dishes and sauces that are acidic. I use silicon utensils to avoid scratching the surface and I follow the heating instructions and the washing instructions. Been happy with both so far.

After much research on “the safest cookware” several years ago, I purchased two sets of Xtrema (one set for me and one set as a gift). Since then I’ve added pieces from time to time. My recent research, before purchasing 3 Xtrema woks, still confirms Xtrema’s value for healthy cooking. For me, preheating the pots, pans and skillets with coconut oil prior to cooking has made Xtrema just about as convenient as non-stick cookware.
